Designed by Christophe Decarnin for Balmain's Spring/Summer 2011 collection, widely considered to be his most iconic work at the French fashion house. As seen on the runway in Look 25, this jacket embodies Decarnin-era Balmain: a punk rock inspired aesthetic with luxurious textiles and elaborate hardware detailing. Crafted from goat leather in a classic motorcycle silhouette, this jacket features heavy studding along the lapels and a total of ten functional zippers. Full length zip around the waistband can be unzipped to reveal chain detailing underneath. Lining along the arms was cut out by previous owner to create more arm space. Some wear to the leather but overall in excellent shape on the exterior.
